Refund policy

Because all maps are custom-made and created especially for you, returns are generally not possible once work has started. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Order cancellation

• You may cancel your order and receive a 90% refund before submitting the questionnaire.

• Once the questionnaire (Google form) has been submitted, the creation process may already have begun.

After work has started

• Once work on your map has started, refunds are normally not available due to the personalized nature of the product.

• However, if your circumstances change after work has begun, I’m happy to consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of completion.

Revisions

• The creation process is collaborative.

• After receiving the first draft, you will have the opportunity to request changes or adjustments to ensure the final map feels right for you.

Digital products

• As this is a digital, personalized product, returns or exchanges are not possible once the final artwork has been delivered.
